The best images come from me being left free to roam around the wedding, capturing the emotions and energy of the day through my photographs. Yes, most weddings have some form of formal or group photography, but I try and keep that to a minimum. Too much formal photography hinders my ability to creatively capture the day; rather, just let the day unfold around you and I’ll ensure that you’ll have those memories of the day to treasure forever.

I've been taking photos for years, started out with some not-so-great point and shoots, bought my first DSLR when I was about 20 and properly got serious about photography in March 2013 when I went to South Africa for the first time. I documented our trip and found that I could capture the emotion of our time there and share it with others back home. I was hooked at this point, and a camera has barely left my side since.
